Hi, my name is Chloe Goss and I am delighted to start my journey teaching here at Newtown and be a part of the Kestrels team! I will be the class teacher on Mondays and Tuesdays. I graduated from Plymouth University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Education and have loved developing my passion for teaching ever since.

I believe that children learn best when they feel happy, safe and valued in their classroom. I aim to create a warm and positive environment where children feel confident to be themselves, ask questions, make mistakes and have a go at new things. I particularly enjoy making learning fun and engaging, and I love seeing those moments when a child suddenly says, “I get it!”.

Outside of school, you'll often find me with my nose in a book as I work through my ever-growing reading goals. I also love spending time outdoors and, most importantly, creating happy memories with my son!
